“After reading Q&A, still don't know if Best Buy charges for installation of GE oven other than one of your answers saying 'you would have to ask GE?' That doesn't make sense. In addition to installation, what about charge for removal of old oven?”

I forgot to mention they do charge $20 to remove old oven.

Please try again later.We bought the 30" GE Wall Oven with delivery and installation included and, after close to two months and two failed attempts at installation by Best Buy , including missed appointments, they finally acknowledged they could not install it and we would have to call an electrician ourselves, We did, and they covered the cost but it was a lot of unnecessary distress for us. We were just able to understand how it worked for Thanksgiving. We paid extra for take away and then it was left on our curb so they reimbursed us.

You would see the free installation offer before you purchase your item. If it's not free you will be given the option and price during checkout. I hope this helps.
