Yes , that is correct.one of the burners do not ignite.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.take the black top off the burner assembly and look closely to see if you washed debris into the channels. brush it all out with a dry brush. It's not a good idea to 'flood' the cook top to clean it. Fantastik, 401, simple green, all good cleaners - just don't spray them into the burners.
