Does it have a timer and oven lights? null

It has a timer, but the alarm is close to a whisper. There is one light sufficient to satisfy the need to look without opening the door. You didn't ask, but insulation is poor and it gets quite warm on the outside. If you are looking at a self cleaning version, it is probably better insulated. I would say it is worth the money, and the overheating protection built into the coils is a great idea. Wally
