If you use the cook timer, yes. If you use the timer, the oven stays on, so you can adjust for whatever you are cooking

The oven will turn off automatically when using the Cook Time feature which counts down cooking time and turns off the oven when the cooking time is complete. However, there is not a way to automatically turn off the cooktop burners.
