Many of the concerns are simply related to getting adjusted to a newer oven. If the new range doesn't cook like the old one, this can be normal. Newer ovens may have a different cooking system from the old oven and therefore may cook differently. Also, an old model may have had a thermostat that varied in temperature provided in the oven due to its age.
