“My current GE has a second burner in the power burner to make a true simmer. Does this have that feature? Are there any current models with only four burners? I never use the middle oval burner. Is there air fry on both top & bottom oven?”

Hey there! The left rear burner has 5,000 BTUs and is the simmer burner that is used for precise low flame cooking. All of our double ovens have the middle grate, and the air fry function for this unit is only in the bottom oven. If we can answer any additional questions, please let us know. -Gina@GEA
