A:AnswerHi - Yes, you can. Each oven has it's own set of cooking controls which allows you to operate the ovens independently. You can have the meat roasting in the lower oven while your casseroles are heating in the upper. This really comes in handy for large gatherings of family and friends. We do hope you choose this beautiful GE range for your home. Vikki@GEA
A:AnswerHi, Thanks for your interest in our products! A gas line is not included with installation of a new GE range. You will need to contact your installer to see if that is part of the installation since you don't have a gas line where you need it. Hope this helps! We're here for you anytime you have questions. - Sharon@GEA

A:AnswerHello nena,
Thanks so much for reaching out. We're happy to help. There are quite a few differences between the two models so we will provide some of the major differences. The GE model has a center grate accessory while the Cafe model has a grill accessory. The cooking system of the Cafe model is true convection while the GE model has convection only on the lower oven. We would encourage you to use the compare feature on our site to view all the differences. We hope this helps. Best wishes. Mike@GEA
