A:AnswerI ordered it back in Nov 2021 and was told it would be here on Dec 9, - nothing...then was on Dec 27...Nothing...Then early Jan...nothing but the store called me and said since I have been waiting they were going to give me a 100.00 credit..Props to them since this isn't there fault...Then Jan 26...nothing, Then Feb 9...You can see where I am going with this. Finally on March 4th, the store manager said they apologized but they just got word from GE that they are not making it.

A:AnswerHi there, and thank you for reaching out to us about this double oven range. We appreciate your interest and can advise both ovens do have Bake and Broil functions, with the accompanying top and bottom heating elements. There are also options for Warming, Convection Roast, etc. The upper oven does not have a specific Toast function; we regret any inconvenience that may cause and will send feedback on the matter. If you have any other concerns or inquiries, we're always glad to help. Best wishes! -Sarah@GEA
A:AnswerI'm not sure this was adressed properly. It looks like GE made a mid model switch. I looked at the manual and there is a difference. The SP1SS does not have a dedicated Air Fry button for the lower oven while the SPSS does. Instead, there's a delayed start feature. Oddly enough, the 1SPSS has an illumination icon in the display but no idea how one goes about selecting it
A:AnswerHi there - Thanks for reaching out about this! The control panel for this model range cannot be modified. If you're wanting a double oven range with front controls, we suggest checking out model JSS86SPSS. We hope that this helps. Thanks so much for checking! -Mikayla@GEA

A:AnswerHi - Great question! Yes you can, providing you are canning with a water-bath, pressure canner, or pressure cooker. It is essential that you use flat bottom canners. Do not use large diameter canners or other large diameter pots for frying or boiling foods other than water. When canning, use recipes and procedures from reputable sources. These are available from canning jar manufacturers and county extension offices. Enjoy your summer harvest! Vikki@GEA
