Hi there, and thank you for reaching out. We truly hate to hear you're having an issue with an error code on the dehumidifier. We know that would be frustrating, especially so soon after purchase. When an error code appears, we would recommend first disconnecting the unit from power for 30 seconds. This resets the electrical components, so if the error was only temporary this will often take care of it. If not, you may want to review the troubleshooting tips in your manual and check the unit to make sure the various parts like the air filter, internal tank, etc., are in good working order and don’t need to be cleaned or emptied.
