If you hold down the fan button for a few seconds it should make a noise and the display will show C1. Doing this puts it into continuous fan mode and that should help. The AC compressor will still cycle, but the fan will not stop then.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can resolve this by changing the fan mode to "Constant" by holding the fan button down for 3 seconds. It turns off when the cooler is not running because the air temp sensor indicates it has reached the correct temp. If you change the fan to constant, it will continue to blow, and you will hear a mild change when the condenser turns on to begin cooling again.
