Is this self-evaporating null

JUST GOT THIS EXACT UNIT AND IT IS NOT SELF-EVAPORATING. YOU HAVE TO MANUALLY DRAIN IT AND TANK ONLY SEEMS TO HOLD ABOUT ONE QUART! HAVE TO DRAIN EVERY HOUR! YOU HAVE TO USE SHALLOW DISH BECAUSE DRAIN FOR TANK IS AT BOTTOM OF UNIT!

There is a drain and small hose could be added, but it is not self draining.

If you live in a high humidity environment, you may have to drain every couple hours
