Try hitting one of the buttons on the plug head that u plug into the electrical socket. It might reset it. Good luck!

You can do this by pressing the TEST button on the plug case, and then press the RESET button. If the TEST button does not trip or if the RESET button will not stay engaged, you may need to schedule service. Hope this helps! -Sylvia@GEA
