Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi - We are so sorry to hear you are having difficulty resetting the filter reset function. If you have pressed the Filter Reset pad and the light does not go off, try unplugging the unit for 2 minutes and plug it back in. If the light does not go out, please refer to Page 17 of the owner's manual for specific details regarding your warranty. There is nothing more you can do. We hope this helps. Vikki@GEA
