A:AnswerThe three shelves on the refrigerator side and two lower shelves on the freezer side pull out. I did not realize this until I saw this question and went to my fridge to check. I absolutely love this refrigerator!
A:AnswerI would consider the water cool, not ice cold. I have had water from several different brands of side by side refrigerators, and not one of them dispensed water that is ice cold. That's what the ice maker is for!

A:AnswerHi Nan! Thanks for reaching out to us. These two models are the same. The extra letters/numbers in the first model number are placed on the appliance rating plate and product registration card. These letters/numbers are used to identify manufacturing specific data when the appliance is made. We hope this helps! Emily
A:AnswerHi there, thanks for your question! If you're needing to reset the internal electronics of your refrigerator, you can disconnect power for about 30 seconds and then restore power. We hope that this helps! If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us via email or social media. All the best. -Michael
A:AnswerYes, the refrigerator will still work just fine without a water line, it won’t be able to give you water or ice but it will still work as a regular refrigerator until you can get a water line up. (This is currently what I’m doing as well!)
A:AnswerHi LisaS1- Thanks for choosing GE Model GSS25IYNFS! The bottom refrigerator bin does not have a glass cover. This is normal. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com! Sue
A:AnswerHello. Congratulations on your new refrigerator purchase! We understand your concern regarding the unit run time and we are glad to assist. For refrigerators to maintain proper temperature, the compressor will run much of the time. Newer refrigerators have compressors that are designed to run 80% to 90% of the time. This makes them more energy efficient because the greatest amount of energy is used when the compressor cycles on as opposed to when the compressor is actually running. We hope this helps to ease your concerns. Thank you for choosing GE Appliances! Olga
