“We just had this refrigerator delivered today and after attaching the waterline, nothing comes out of dispenser (makes running noise though), as first time use, we hold down for more than 5 min but no luck. Waterline is fine and has proper water flow.”

Hi Dipan, was your refrigerator delivered new in box or open box? If your fridge was delivered new in box there should be a filter included. If your fridge was delivered open box there may not be a filter or bypass filter plug installed. Make sure that your water is turned on and that the fridge has a filter or bypass filter plug installed. If there is not filter or plug installed the water and ice dispenser will not function. According to the manual a filter or bypass plug is required for ice and water dispenser to function. I will attached a photo from the manual that displays this information. In order to obtain a free bypass plug you can contact GE and they can ship you one. Make sure to take note of what style filter or bypass plug you need because there are a few styles available.
