“Is the freezer door suppose to stop halfway out and drag the upper drawer with it? Expected easy pull and close. Just got it today and thinking about returning it.”

Hello Justbought - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and I am happy to help you. When you open the freezer door, the upper drawer should not come out unless you roll the upper drawer out separately. It should open and close easily. Please check to make certain the drawer glides are gliding freely.
