Hi there and thanks for considering this great cooktop. We’re happy to let you know a telescopic downdraft vent system can be used with this cooktop. However, this unit doesn’t come with a griddle and there isn’t a compatible griddle available for it. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
