“I have had this washer for about 9months now and have noticed the water doesn't seem to fill all the way up. I know it's energy efficient but if i fill the washer half way with clothes and use the max cycle the water doesn't fill enough to wet the clothes”

I bought this washer and it's always been like this. If I was sticky pet bedding, I have to wash it multiple times. I am very disappointed with this washer.
