“We bought this product July 2016 and mid summer last year, it started to be off balance (with 5 items) and then stop the spin cycle. So have to readjust (or remove an item) and push the drain and spin cycle. Now down to 3 items. Any other suggestions?”

We suggest to make sure the washer is level. For best wash performance adjust all four leveling legs until washer is level left-to-right and front-to-back (clockwise to raise; counterclockwise to lower).
