• I've washed towels and sheets 8n my unit and had no problem with the spin cycle. You may want to contact Best Buy on this matter.

• Hello Sheila - We hate to hear about the issue with your washer. From your description, the washer may not be draining properly. Please check that the drain hose is properly installed with a high drain loop or standpipe and it is not kinked. Thanks. - JB
