We truly understand how that would be frustrating. This washer comes standard with a one-year limited manufacturing warranty as found on page 27 of the owner's manual, linked here: https://files.bbystatic.com/CPyEVasqZ%2BZzAzKphDnN5g%3D%3D/A042D7DC-0CFE-4886-BE2F-1B447CD72687.pdf However, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may have extra coverage.
