“I've noticed with this washer that if I leave the lid open, it doesn't stop washing. I've run out of the room to go grab some more clothes to add to the washer and I've come back and the water is gone?”

Hi Michelleg - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your washer. We are happy to address your concern. The washer will automatically drain any time the lid is left open for more than 15 minutes and water is present. It will also automatically drain if left in a paused state with the lid closed for more than 24 hours and water is present. Haven't had that problem yet...my washer has a pause button and the lid stays locked until it actually is in the pause cycle. You may want to call customer service to see if maybe there is a defect.
