Does this washer agitate back and forth? null

The machine makes terrible noises. Ours quit after two washes and trying to contact Best Buy to get it replaced is next to impossible. When I used the chat each person I talked to told a totally different story about why they did not show up with delivery of a replacement and it has turned into a big mess. I would not purchase this washer again and I will buy my appliances some where else. Best Buy service, which WAS once the best I had ever experienced is now ridiculously the worst.

I actually wouldn't know oh, I've been waiting almost a month to get my machine delivered. It made two attempts and both were damaged? And to date still don't do not have my washing machine.

Yes, the agitator works very well.
