A:AnswerHi Dawn54- Thanks for reaching out to us. We are happy to provide assistance. Here is the link to the Owner's Manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-80693-3.pdf - If no food or utensils are in the oven, start a self-clean cycle, then hit Cancel/Off after 60 seconds. If that does not unlock the door, run a short self-clean cycle (1-2 hours). With electronic ranges there is a small chance that turning the circuit breaker off for a few minutes and turning it back on can release the door latch. See the following link- RANGE - OVEN DOOR WON'T UNLOCK: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16246 - If you would like to schedule a service appointment, please contact GE Appliance Service at 1-800-432-2737 or schedule a service appointment online: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm?ICID=GEARsupportflyout-service - We hope this is helpful. A:AnswerHello Ron D,
I am happy to help. The junction box must be located where it will allow considerable slack in the range conduit, so
that the range can be pulled out for service if necessary. I hope this helps. Thank you for checking with us.
Lisa from GE Appliances.
