“I just had this washer delivered and used it for the first time. It makes an AWFUL loud noise like the gears are grinding when it is in the Sensing stage. Is that NORMAL??”

• Hi Hunter- Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. At the beginning of the cycle, the lid will lock, creating a clicking noise. The basket will then spin up and coast down several times to sense the load size.
