“I can't get deep fill to work. When I push it 1x it only puts in a little water, not 3 gallons regardless of whether I push it before the cycle or after the water stops filling. Do I have to push pause 1st? Does it only work on certain settings?”

Hi there - We're happy to give you more information regarding the Deep fill feature for this washer! The Deep Fill function will add 3 gallons of water to the wash load when you press the button once. If you hold the button for 3 seconds, it will fill the washer to the maximum water level (top of the tub). The lid of the washer must be down whenever you're using Deep Fill, or this feature will not work like it's supposed to. The water can be added after starting the washer/cycle and the water level can be increased any time before the end of the wash phase. Lastly, please keep in mind that the Deep Fill feature is recommended for special case loads only, not for typical use -- We hope this was helpful information.
