“How many times can you press the deep fill button to add an additional 3 gallons of water? I called GE and was told that you can only do this 3 times (to add a total of 9 gallons of water more). Is this true?”

• Hi Emmie - Thanks for your interest in GE Model GTW465ASNWW! We are happy to clarify the Deep Fill option. You can press Deep Fill twice, once before starting the cycle to add 3 gallons of water or after the washer has stopped filling to add 3 more gallons. Or, press and hold Deep Fill button for 3 seconds to fill the washer to the maximum water level (approx. 26 gallons). • If you hold the deep fill button down for 3 seconds, it will fill to the max water level. Not sure how many times you can hit the bottom otherwise, though.
