• Heavy duty is for the amount of clothing you have( lots of cloths or med or less). High efficiency is when it’s working at its own rate

This cycle offers a longer wash time with high-speed agitation and spin to remove as much moisture as possible. The High Efficiency washers have a robust wash action that has the ability to do a 720 degree stroke action for large heavy duty loads; the garments not only move side to side but up and down.
