What does precise fill mean? null

With praise fill you aadd your clothes to the washer, and close the lid. It spins and makes note of the weight of what you have placed in the washer. Then it locks and begins to fill with water. After a while the lid unlocks so you can open and add the correct amount of detergent you need.Close the lid and it will continue filling with water until the "precise" amount required . I found it confusing and only used this feature a few times. I understand they are phasing out of this type of option. I suppose it's good if you live in an area where yo have limits on water usage.
