Hi Jackie - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your new GE washer Model GTW465ASNWW! This model has Precise Fill option which allows the washer to determine the optimum water required to wash the items in the basket. It will sense the load during the water filling portion of the cycle to determine how much water is needed and will not fill completely fill the tub.
