“Has anyone encountered water leaking from underneath on the final rinse and spin cycle? Our washer is a week old and it has been leaking water and or moisture from underneath since the first couple of loads.”

The most common cause of a leak is that the drain hose is not secure on the back of the unit or in the drain itself. We also recommend making sure detergent is added according to the manual as this unit could call for a different amount compared to your previous model.
