Hi Curly - We truly appreciate you choosing this top load washer for your home and are very glad that you are enjoying it! We are sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with your clothes coming out too wet and are happy to offer you some guidance in this. Your washer features a fast 700 RPM spin speed that helps it efficiently remove water and minimize drying time. Given this, if the clothes seem too wet after the wash cycle is complete, even when you select an Extra Spin, this may be caused by improper cycle selection or loading. For optimal performance, you should select the cycle that most closely matches the items being washed. The chart on pages 9-11 of your Use and Care Manual will help you choose the best wash cycle settings. Additionally, if you are selecting a cold temperature, some fabrics will feel wetter when rinsed with cold water. A lower than normal spin speed and wet clothes can occur because of oversudsing and too much detergent. The use of High Efficiency detergent will decrease the chance of suds lock and you should always be sure to use the recommended measured amount. We sincerely hope that these recommendations are helpful for you! Please feel free to reach back out to us if you have any additional questions. -Eliza@GEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure?? Mine are damp but certainly not dripping. I do not need an extra spin cycle. Machine is two weeks old.
