“Hi When I turn temperature knob to hot, it is still cold water filling in the washer. Is this normal? if not, how fo i fix so hot water fills washer? thank you for your help”

Hey there, Thanks for reaching out. We're terribly sorry to hear that hot water is not being drawn when selected. We can understand being frustrated at this. If the water temperature is not correct, then try checking to make sure the water supply is turned on and properly connected. We also recommend checking your home water heater.
