Check to ensure both Hot and Cold water supply valves are turned on. Check to ensure the hose connections were not reversed. The hoses are marked with letters "H" for HOT and "C" for Cold. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same. It only used hot water, very annoying. I’d guess an install issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My machine will not wash in cold water either. The hose are hooked up correctly also both to wall and machine. I do not understand why GE would make a machine GTW465 that only wash with hot water! Please help me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you set to cold and cold it should be.... Cold. Easy enough to see if the water lines are reversed. Set to all hot and fill it. If the water is cold, then you know the lines are reversed.
