“When using the cold temperature, does it both wash and rinse in cold? When I opened my washer to take the clothes out, they seemed warm. I'm wondering is something isn't hooked up right.”

There are two colds on the dial. One of the colds some warm water. The other is strictly cold.

Check to ensure both Hot and Cold water supply valves are turned on. Check to ensure the hose connections were not reversed. The hoses are marked with letters "H" for HOT and "C" for Cold. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you notice on the dial where you select your wash temperatures it says "All cold rinse". If the clothes are warm, you might want to check your water lines, they may be reversed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you set to cold and cold it should be.... Cold. Easy enough to see if the water lines are reversed. Set to all hot and fill it. If the water is cold, then you know the lines are reversed.
