• Hi toughcustomer, thanks for reaching out! Your model has both a Deep Rinse and Deep Fill. The Deep Fill option (not to be confused with Deep Fill Rinse) will add additional water to the wash load, regardless of whether you used a manual or a load-sensing fill. The Deep Fill feature is recommended for special case loads rather than normal use. If you press this button once, it will add 3 gallons to your load. If you press and hold the button for 3 seconds, it will tell the washer to fill to its max capacity. The Deep Fill button is located at the top of the control panel, it is a bigger, round gray button. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael

• You can choose Max Fill or Precise Fill. Water level is also determined by wash cycle selected according to the instructions.
