“We are having problems with stains on our clothes. We have tried switching detergent, same issue. We can rewash and they come out. We think it is due to amount of water the machine dispenses. When it finishes all the clothes are in a circular bunch.”

I am not a professional clothes washer, but I can tell you one thing about the washing machine that I have noticed. The clothes are really wet when the machine is done. So I told my old lady that I think we have it on the wrong spin cycle.. so we switch the spin cycle write two times plus extra. I think that is the setting. I am not sure what your question is asking?
