“I cannot, for the life of me, get this machine to wash towels on any cycle without it going off balance & crashing & banging the tub. Please, please tell me how to do towels!! I’ve been doing laundry for MANY years & have never encountered such a dilemma!”

This isn't an answer -- only my similar complaint. Never owned a washer that couldn't do two king size sheets at the same time. This lemon practically turns upside down if the load is what could be considered normal with other brands. Very disappointed.

For towels we recommend that the cycle settings be set to "Towels / Sheets," the wash temperature be set to "Warm," and both the soil level and spin selection setting be set to "Normal." Be sure that towels are washed separately and with small loads, and that they are not wrapped around the agitator, but loaded freely and evenly around the basket. For larger towels, try folding them in a "Z" shape and placing them around the outside of the basket. The load being distributed in the basket as evenly as possible should mitigate any more out of balance issues. We hope that these tips help! -Elliot@GEA
