I'm having the same issue . Every load . It doesn't even have to be a heavy or bulky load . It always moves and shakes all over the place . It moved 6 inches with the last load . I have had it since July and I'm very disappointed. I don't think I should have to pay for someone to look at it

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there - We're so sorry that your washer is leaving your clothes too wet after the wash cycle and that you've had trouble connecting with someone who can help. This would be discouraging and we understand your frustration. There are a few possible reasons why you're experiencing this issue with your washer. For example, a "slow spin" may have been selected. (A slow spin will eliminate less water than a fast spin.) We encourage you to check out the addional troubleshooting tips in an article on our website entitled, "Washer - Clothes Still Wet After Spin Cycle is Complete." If you have any questions or concerns moving forward, you can always connect with us directly through email on our website anytime or by calling us at 1-800-626-2005 Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET or 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET on Saturdays (we're closed on Sunday). We hope this is insightful. All the best, Kelsey@GEA
