It’s probably a code diagnostic issue. The codes to reset the washer can be found under the machine. Just tilt the machine, and the paperwork with the codes are taped to the inside wall under it. Not sure why they put it there but I did my homework before buying this washer. Others complained about this spin issue and I found the above answer online. When my washer was delivered, I reached underneath and got those codes before it was installed. The delivery men didn’t even know that paperwork was there. Glad I could show them something new!
