The washer gets off balance a lot. My other washer never did. I’m always running to stop it from jumping around. Not satisfied with its getting off balance so much and the fabric softener dispenser.

It is a rod and spring floating suspension, designed to withstand extensive out of balance situations without the need for an "out of balance" switch. During an out of balance load, the basket is allowed to "float" forward and backward, side to side, and up and down, yet it never touches the floor nor is it even connected to the floor. As a result, the clothes basket can move freely, and this is normal. Also, the balance ring allows smooth operation and prevents the washer from knocking or walking. It allows the washer to go into a full speed spin with a 5 lb. out-of-balance load and the washer remains still. The balance ring is an enclosed plastic container that is partially filled with a salt water solution. The two halves of the balance ring are welded together to form a permanent seal. It is attached to the inner clothes basket and allows the basket to spin smoothly if an uneven load creates an out-of-balance situation. We'd love to have you in the family.
