• Hi - Thank you for having purchased a GE Appliances washer. We are happy to assist you. Our current appliances have a data port (like an RJ jack or ethernet port) that allows the appliance to be tested or serviced more easily. This port is used by GE Appliances factory technicians to plug in their diagnostic equipment when needed. We are glad you checked with us. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
