I have the same problem since day one!!! It’s such a nightmare to wash any type of bedding, or even towels.

The leveling legs can be adjusted and it should be on solid flooring. Next, loading the basket evenly with similar items is vital to a balanced loads. Try to avoid mixing large and small items.
