Am I supposed to buy a power cord for the washer? null

No it came with the power cord. However you do need to have or buy the hot/cold water hoses. They are not included. I purchased the set from Best Buy (about $29.99) because I wanted new ones that would connect to this washer.

No it comes with attached 3 prong 12 volt plug
