“I got this washer this week and have done several loads with different settings, but I noticed the softener tray dispenser is not being emptied during the wash cycle. What is wrong with the machine or am I doing something wrong?”

Hi Rachel - Thanks for choosing GE Model GTW725BPNDG and welcome to the family! In order for the fabric softener to dispenser properly, you will need to select Deep Rinse option. I noticed this too.. I quit putting it in the tray and did it old school and poured some in the cap and and did a quick circle on top of the clothes and start the wash
