Hi Same - Thanks for viewing GE Model GFW550SPNDG! This model has a PreWash cycle. Prewash is an extra wash before the main wash. Use it for heavily soiled clothes or for clothes with a care label that recommends prewashing before washing. The PreWash feature will fill the washer (adding the prewash detergent), tumble the clothes, drain and spin. Then the washer will run the selected wash cycle. It also has Sanitize with Oxi cycle that removes 99% of bacteria and uses an Oxi additive to boost your detergent’s cleaning power, while keeping fabrics looking and feeling their best. Washers in general remove stains. There is no special setting for it. If your looking for something specific you need a pre-treatment additive (stain lifter spray or pen).
