“I have very soft water in my household. The "Less" button for the Smart Dispenser will not offer a small enough amount of detergent for most of my loads. May I dilute/mix the detergent with water before it is added to the reservoir?”

Hello. Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with the detergent amount. We recommend that you manually add a small amount of detergent to see if it will produce the results you are looking for. You could also try diluting, but the washer's smart dispense feature is designed to use detergent right out of the bottle, rather than a diluted version.
