i just bought one and figured it out... this one is a bit more expensive as it has the smart auto dispense soap option. The answer above is wrong as they both have the ultrafresh deal!

The ultra fresh vent system eliminates the musty/mildew smell most front load washers develop if the door of the washer is not left open. It has a special setting that completely dries the inside of the washer and the rubber seal around the front of the barrel so that it does not develop the the mildew smell and you do not have to leave the door open.
