Hi there, thanks for reaching out to us! The 12 cycles found on this unit are as follows: Active Wear Bulky/Bedding, Cold Wash, Delicates, Normal, Power Clean, Quick Wash, Rinse + Spin, Sanitize + Allergen, Self Clean, Towels, Whites. The GFW550SPNDG model does not have an Active Wear cycle or Power Clean cycle. The GFW550 model also has a Sanitize with Oxi cycle instead of a Sanitize + Allergen cycle. We hope that this helps!
