We do not package the power cord with any of our electric and dual fuel free-standing and slide-in ranges. It is not possible to determine the type of facilities that are available or what the local electrical codes require (ex. 3-wire vs 4-wire). This is due to variations in electrical codes across the country. Power cords for ranges are available through local dealers. Jill@GEAppliances
