You have to pay for that extra. Tip, make sure your old stove has a plug or you will need to get it wired for that. My old stove was hardwired to the house, so I had to get that fixed before the install.

It is not possible to determine the type of facilities that are available or what the local electrical codes require (ex. 3-wire vs 4-wire).
