I called the geek squad and they came out and did it I did purchase the warranty so it was covered

Hi there! We appreciate your question. We're sorry that your oven temperature is lower than what the readout says. We see how this can be frustrating. The amount the oven will cycle higher or lower than the set temperature will vary and each individual unit can be different. Temperatures can vary by + 30 degrees to – 30 degrees in most cases for a total swing of 60 degrees. The temperature swing can also vary by how and where you are measuring the temperature in the oven, room temperature, door openings, etc. To adjust the temperature, press the Bake pad, use the + and - pads to adjust the temperature, then press Start.
